Great hotel, modern, clean, quiet and well equipped. Excellent location, nearby bars and restaurants.

Our hotel had a great modern room with fantastic facilities. The hotel breakfast and dining options were wonderful. The hotels swimming pool was very nice and perfect for children.

Fantastic Hotel, one minor compliant is that the computer bar/restaurant service price are sometimes abit higher than the prices on the printed menu which is unhelpful. They simply need to update either to be same same. The management positively accepted my observation and corrected my bill.

Very nice hotel and would definitely advise it to anyone visiting Krabi. 1) it’s close to the beach (5-10 minute walk) 2) located in a lively area (bars, restaurants, stores), yet slightly off the road so you won’t get any noise 3) they have very nice facilities: great spa, wonderful pool, children’s playground. The gym is also not bad, I would say it’s enough when you are in a holiday 4) the restaurant: we’ve only had coffee and dinner, but it’s at a very good price and very well done. So I would assume the rest of the food is as good as their dinner options 5) the room we’ve had (couple traveling) : very spacious and comfortable, and I don’t think you can get a bad view from any room. 6) WiFi works wonderfully 7) the staff is very friendly and helpful The only small ‘but’: for the light sleepers, you can hear people walking in the corridors and slamming doors. Will definitely book it again when we are back in Krabi

We stayed there for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very nice, attentive and all speak good English. The breakfast buffet is massive and is open from 6:30 until 11:00AM. You’re spoiled for choice with a selection of fresh cut fruit, cereals, yoghurt, breads and pastries, rice, noodles, cooked vegetables and an omelette station. And more! Truly impressive!!! The pool is huge and has different sections where you can either chill or swim. There are plenty of loungers and some are located in the pool itself, very refreshing on a hot day. The location is great too and there is a convenient store 2min walk and many restaurants and bars around. The rooms are modern and have a contemporary feel. Go up to the top floor in building 1 to watch the sunset setting on the Adaman sea. We would definitely visit again.

We ordered a mountain view and was given a view of a construction sight ! If you wanted to do anything though the hotel , sight seeing or even a taxi ride the cost was 60 to 70 % higher . We were recalled back to Canada and had to leave early and the hotel would not reimburse us . So we lost two night stay . What made me most mad was there was a virus out break and they did little to no cleaning of the property to help stop the spread of the virus . 👎

As good as the other reviewer said. I will give this hotel full mark. The facilities are new and clean. The location is close to Mother Marc supermarket which is big and cheap. The staffs are all friendly and with a smiling faces. The sea view room which I stay is spacious which you can really enjoy a fascinating sunset in the balcony. My special thanks goes to two singers of the dinner buffet(Sorry I don't know their names). Their songs not just provide you a wonderful atmosphere of the meal, but remind your youngsters livelihood. The only shortfall is that the hotel situated next to the construction sites which are noisy and dusty. Consider its mild price, I would say this hotel is more than satisfactory. It is excellent.
