The check in was weird as need to ring, wait for some time, then someone who is not front the front desk to welcome me. No where Hotels.com informed that there won't be a permanent front desk service to welcome guest. in 2 occasion the person trying to help don't speak english fluently.
The positive, they gave me a studio, but it has a smelly corridor, towel were not in good conditions, TV channels don't work well, the pillows are bad/hard to sleep on, had 3 keys (which is sometime confusing).
Am sure the management will take my feedback positively & try to fix it as this is the minimum expectation with right welcome/ check in, comfortable room/ pillow, good condition towel, TV channels work.
To Hotels.com: i have never received my welcome gift of free bottle of wine. Felt cheated.
