Nice rooms, all we needed for our stay, they have also included razor, nail file, make up remover pads, toothbrush, toothpaste AND needle and thread, came out really handy. This lady, Maria, was really helpful.

Old, but good
It is an old place, but nice. The location is good, but very noise during the night, also with other guest being loud after 23.00, and they slammed the door many times (this is nothing to do with the property is lack of respect and education) - so the only thing we didn`t like is that the sound isolation is inexistent. Everything else was just perfect for one night. The room was big with balcony.

Awful hotel, dishonest hotel owner
An old, run-down hotel with tiny rooms, even tinier bathrooms and on a very busy road. On arrival, we were greeted by the snoring male owner at reception! We then got a lecture from the female hotel owner on everything from accessing the hotel to using the air conditioning, Covid-19 to how to park our car in their 'free parking'. Ironically, the female owner charged us 15 Euros for parking, which I challenged. We argued, I showed her my booking and said I'd complain to hotels.com, to which she replied she didn't care. She did however care enough to change the hotel details to 'Parking available' the same day, after stealing our money. She is one of the most difficult people you could ever wish to meet, and unbelievably rude. Other reviews mirror my own description. I wouldn't wish this hotel on my worst enemy.

Foi melhor que o imaginado. Isto nos deixou muito tranquilos com o quarto limpo, espaçoso, boa ducha, com varanda e uma linda vista. Nao tem café na acomodação nem abridor de vinho, rsdsss.

Buona posizione con fermata bus proprio di fronte alla struttura, ostrico a trovare un posto auto. Malissimo il reception, praticamente non c'è nessuno, neanche suonando per 5 minuti il campanello (serve proprio per chiamare il personale che è stato messo là mi pare) e alzando la voce arriva qualcuno. E quando arriva con aria di nonchalance dice che stava semplicemente nel retro. Alla registrazione si ostina su piccoli dettagli e non cerca minimamente di avvicinare alle esigenze del cliente (nel mio caso gli ho semplicemente chiesto se potevo portargli il documento della seconda persona più tardi, dopo aver trovati il posteggio e di aver parcheggiato l'auto, ricevendo un secco no e mi ha detto che si può fare il check-in solo se ci sono tutti i documenti)

Juillet 2024. L’hôtel Europa - comme tous les hôtels de ce secteur - est très bien situé, juste à côté du port et des attractions. Ce qui est marquant, c’est l’accueil, à la fois divertissant et ahurissant ! Au comptoir, une voix de femme m’a crié quelque chose, je n’ai pas compris. Quelques minutes passent… De nombreuses photos d’une femme accrochées partout sur les murs… puis la femme des photos (Maria) finit par apparaître. Elle me demande mon nom, arrache une feuille du mur, et commence à prendre des notes à la main dans un calepin. Arrive un jeune couple d’Argentine, sympa, on se salue, et Maria lui tombe dessus : le couple est coupable d’avoir stationné sa voiture sans avoir mentionné de véhicule lors de la réservation. Maria lance stylo et calepin sur le comptoir, crie sur le couple, puis les entraine dehors pour régler la question du parking. Elle réapparait, le couple pantois derrière elle. Elle termine de noter nos infos dans son calepin, nous donne les clés et nous avertit de toujours refermer la grille du rez-de-chaussée au risque de coucher sur la plage (!), et de ne pas mettre la clim sans avoir fermé toutes les ouvertures. Les fesses serrées, nous atteignons notre chambre… pas de chance : la clim coulait et j’ai perdu à roche-papier, c’est donc moi qui aie dû aller informer Maria… Bref, Maria s’est montrée attentive et a fait changer la clim au complet. Déroutante, mais divertissante. N’ai plus d’espace pour détailler, mais heureuse d’avoir rencontrer Maria.
