The room was ok, however is quite noisy and the room maintenance wise the aircond and shower nose was broken. The rest are ok

Nice hotel with good location and grear staff. I think its best hotel in island if i come back there i wil stay again in the same hotel

Overall is okay. Convenient as its nearby to jetty and the room was comfortable. But the breakfast need to be improve. Not so much variety

- Cleanliness issue: no place for fresh water shower in front of hotel, so many sand and wet in the lobby, escalator. - Room cleaning came very late, came to my room 5pm. - Very poor breakfast. - No prepare the room when I check in.

staff very friendly and attentive. breakfast poor and covid-19 sops not followed. strictly. lift broken on numerous occasions during our stay.

We had an amazing stay! I love their saltwater pool, the view was spectacular, nearby the Long Beach jetty which was convenient for us. One can snorkel just around the corner to the hotel and there are abundance of beautiful marine life. We booked the 2x Ocean Deluxe rooms and the view is gorgeous; comfy beds, clean room, water pressure is good and free snacks from the minibar. Mimpi is one of the few hotels in Perhentian Kecil which has 24-hour electricity hence the price tag. But it's worth it! However, there was a hiccup during our checkout, the reception guy insisted that we have not paid for our rooms; although we said we paid upfront. I had to dig out my bag to show him the receipt as proof we paid using a debit card upon checking in. I was taken aback by the way he insisted that we are in the wrong, in a cold, unfriendly & accusing manner, I did not expect such a treatment especially from a 4-star hotel staff. Mr Arif during our checking in was friendly & nice; only that particular guy during checkout was rather unpleasant. Other than that, we had a good stay at Mimpi Perhentian :)

Overall just okay. Nothing Special. Advantage, hotel is close to jetty.

The rooms are really nice but the breakfast was very disappointing. The smell of wee in the bathroom was very off-putting and the sewage leek outside was nit pleasant.

The Mimpi hotel is located on one side of 'Long Beach'. It has spectacular view of the bay, though it lacks a proper beach front since it is perched on the rocks. If you want to sit at the beach you have to use your own towel and/or borrow a chair from the adjoining hotel (Bubu). Rooms are clean, and staff is friendly and accomodating. Food is the low point of the hotel. From the breakfast (cold and very disappointing) to the lunch menu and food quality. We ate one time at the hotel and there-on took all our other meals at other venues.

Hotel in nice place, and if you get good room you have beautiful view on the bay. Thay have amazing staff in Diving Centre (Benny, Sara) However very low quality of breakfast, stuff at reception was not too supportive, lift did not work for 3 days, no hand soap in bath (unacceptable during Covid-19 time)
