The hotel has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the experience at reception significantly undermines it.
Upon arrival, there was no greeting whatsoever, which set a rather unwelcoming tone from the start. Communication was difficult due to very limited English, and the staff came across as surprisingly inflexible and, at times, almost dismissive. Any requests or questions were met with little willingness to assist, which is disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
On the positive side, the room was perfectly fine and the breakfast was decent. The location is also very good and convenient for exploring the area.
Overall, this could easily be a very good hotel if the reception staff improved their service, attitude, and communication skills. Until then, the front desk experience unfortunately leaves a lasting negative impression.
