Fabulous apartment in a great location BUT it was filthy. We had to wash the towels before we could use them. There was Cockroach droppings in the drawer. Dusty, dirty and grime on the kitchen bench. No bottle opener to drown out our frustration. No kitchen cloth to clean. Towels old and frayed. Beds comfortable and apartment very spacious and quite. Such a shame as it could be so good.

Great space, and great location. Clean and spacious. Could not get the TV to work - needed a SlingTV account, apparently. When I reached out to request assistance, I did not get the help I needed. No response at all to second and third requests. I mean, no response to email or texts after the first, insufficient, response. Wanted to watch a college bowl game, and couldn’t. Somewhat minor, but them not responding to a direct request for additional help - rude, considering the $$ they were getting from me.

Had an issue checking in, waited 1 hour for the manager to show up to hand us key. Tunred out the website listed incorrect phone numbers which prevented us to get in touch with the manager. However, the stay was good overall. Comfortable, great location, closed to the hospital, where we needed to be, decent cleanliness.

Directions: At no point did the owner explain there are two buildings with entrances on different streets and your room may be in either one of the buildings. You have a parking garage entrance only on one side and garage spans under both buildings and street that separates the buildings. Our room was in the other building were the entrance to the garage was and although helpful garage attendant tried to assist... it took an hour to figure out where the apartment, parking garage entrance and parking space all were located. Access to building: Since the doors don't have access codes and access fob is initially in the unlocked apartment, we had no way to enter and couldn't get into the building until the garage attendant helped us. Owner provided cell number but we were after check-in time so not available to call. It would have been helpful to communicate that if not able to check-in before 10pm garage attendant will let you in. Apartment: The apartment overall was nice but lacked a few items. One major issue was that there were only 4 large towels.. no wash clothes, hand towels, bath matte or kitchen towels. Windows had basic blinds but didn't close all the way so plenty of the light from the alley came into room and additional drapes would be very helpful. Kitchen table... have you sat in that, not very comfortable although I understand how you would like it as it saves in space. Water kept leaking from the showers onto the bathroom floor so with already limited towels and not bath matte, water would run across the floor and had to use paper towels. Trucks would often park in alley in the middle of the night waking us up... likely due to Target delivery and waiting to open in the morning. Overall: I will be rating this a 3 simply due to prox location to everything and hospital and after looking past the issues overall apartment was nice, clean and updated. I would simply take the feedback and improve on directions provided to customers and address the items I listed for a more successful customer experience. Thank you
