PROHIBIT limousines and SUV luxury transport from stopping in the
middle of the street to pick up guests.
It is also a safety hazard because of the limited visibility, as
there's a terrace underneath & they stop in the middle of the two lane
street near a blind curb and it all poses safety risk to residents,
