Hello this is a beautiful island We stayed for 2 nights and have paid over £750 for this so was expecting a 5 star experience at least given the price. Sadly I have had to ask many questions and give constant feedback eg, cold food, the massage lady took personal phone calls during massage, very hi tech room with no instructions. No information on what to do in an emergency. A mobile phone number to call if you need something, which mostly wasn't answered, Jum would call back 5 to 15 minutes later. I feel like I am here as their trainer so should be paid to be here. The jacuzzi is cold, so we did not use it, we paid extra for this luxury, but sitting in cold water is not luxury ! The wifi is very slow, so tv netflix doesn't work, as films kept buffering. Sadly I feel completely ripped off. My advice is you should lower your price until the staff training is completed, which I understand is by November or possibly February. I expect the same level of service that I received at Anantara Bangkok Riverside, which was cheaper. I really want your place to succeed as it is beautiful. I booked through Expedia and I am trying to get a partial refund for the poor service and will update this post if I get any news. The hotel are fully aware of my grievances...
