Would stay again
We stayed here for 4 nights, the staff were friendly and the room was lovely. The hotel is right next to the old town and even though there are bars nearby it was quiet enough to get a good nights rest. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel
Good location in the old town - although it’s where all the bars are we heard no noise which was good. Comfortable room. The room was clean but the shower head hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and as it was one of those rainforest showers you could see the little clogs of black. It would take someone 5mins with a scrub brush to clean (plus then the water comes down rather than spraying in various directions) Beds were comfortable, room was v warm Breakfast is 10euros each, we didn’t go for it. One off putting element was that on check in the guy (who was v nice) was asking about the trip we planned and was trying to convince us not to go on the free walking tour and to get a driver through the hotel, then to not take the train to Brasov as planned and to get a driver as it was unsafe (turned out it wasn’t) felt like we were being sold too and as we arrived at 12:30am I just wanted to check in my room. In the end i said ‘i need to go to bed now’ so i could exit the chat!

Cute hotel on edge of the Old Town, near to bars, restaurants, tours and public transport. The girl on reception was lovely and very helpful. The cleaners were also friendly. The other staff, including breakfast staff, not so friendly. Fair selection for breakfast - teas, coffee, meats, cheese, eggs, cereal, yoghurts etc I’d stay there again as it was handy

Location location location
I had a great stay here, its clean and the bed was comfortable. The fittings will prob need updating sometime soon but it wasnt falling apart by any means. The location is the best thing about this hotel, within the edge of the old town but still really peaceful (in the old town you have to be careful w some hotels above bars as the music pumps at the w/end). Breakfast isnt so exciting, its pretty basic but does the job.

close to lots of restaurants
The Old Town Boutique Hotel is centrally located with all the shopping, restaurants and cafes. We did not used public transportation only Uber and very convenient. The hotel looks new as decor very modern. Room was clean with all necessities. Staff were helpful. We did breakfast on our last day its a restaurant downstairs with good choices. Bed was pretty comfortable, shower has good water pressure only thing was a/c not working well for us.

We’ve stayed here twice - it’s a lovely little place. The only downside is that the hotel is extremely echo-y which is almost unbearable at night especially if you have rowdy neighbours which we did. They didn’t think anything of shouting down the corridors or slamming doors very late at night. I do think the hotel needs to address this by reminding guests to be considerate of their neighbours during the night. It’s the only thing that lets this place down.

The location is excellent, and the hotel restaurant is a big bonus—great food and reasonable prices. The only downside is that it doesn't have easy access. When you arrive, you have to go up several stairs, and there's no handrail for support. So, if you're carrying a lot of luggage, it might not be the best option. It's also not a hotel that's accessible for people with disabilities.

This hotel is well and worthily recommended. Bedrooms are bright, clean and well furnished. Toilet and shower spotless. Staff, without exception, are very friendly and helpful. A family run business.
