I understand that the cleaning room policy due to the pandemic was changed (to every 3 days), but we were not informed of this and in addition we found towels dirty and also some fake eyelashes - not ours - attached to the "clean" towels. The pillow cases were also stained and not crispy white.

The grounds are beautiful and the room is nice. That’s all I can that’s positive. Cons: Way understaffed! Service was absolutely terrible. Calling the front desk, housekeeping, room service, etc, will literally leave you on the phone holding for 10 mins. There is no housekeeping service during entire stay! Pool and beachside service is non-existent, you’re best served going to the bar to get cocktails and food. It took 45 mins to get a slice of cake at the pool bar. The bar staff at both bars are great. We asked for towels while we were out eating and came home 1.5 hours later only to find no waters, coffee or towels had been delivered and it was midnight. Called the night manager who said they were busy handling calls and guests in front of him. We had literally just walked in the door 3 mins before, and at 12 am it was a ghost town, no one was at the front desk. Had to threaten with a call to the GM and magically our towels arrived after telling him perhaps he should deliver them personally. Drinks and food are exceptionally overpriced. Definitely not anywhere near $600+ per night price tag at Nobu. Also they have very limited balcony space and Eden Roc has a ton more if you’re looking for that.

Overall, I would say this hotel is just OK (6 out of 10). Happy with our experience at the Nobu restaurant but will likely stay elsewhere next time. The entrance is pretty small given the size of the hotel and there are no automatic doors. Service for bags is pretty limited since the attendants are busy with cars pulling in and out. It's a little confusing once you get in the hotel to check-in since the property is actually two hotels together. Guest Services - We unfortunately decided to store things in the safe which gave out at one point and we had to call security to have them come open it for us. The desk said they would send someone right away but then 30 minutes went by. Had to call again to request service. A team came by and finally got it open. Gym - Pretty solid setup but its tucked away along a sketchy corridor by a bunch of maintenance rooms. This is also the corridor to the Spa supposedly but its definitely not an inviting walkup. Pool/Beach Access - The beach boardwalk is closed in both directions from the hotel so guests need to either walk along the beach or use the front entrance to walk north/south. We asked an attendant for the best way around the construction but she just kept walking past us and didn't really acknowledge us.

Nice rooms and clean..restaurant needs to hire more help. Waited too long for service. Nobu should save a few tables for guests staying at the hotel that don’t have reservations.

No one answers the phone, they did not provide in room coffee, when requested they threw in a bag with coffee (see image). Service was terrible.

The hotel was completely rundown. The Nobu hotel barely existed, the desk was closed down and you checked in at the Eden rock hotel. The room was not clean, there were handprints all over the glass sliders and bathroom mirrors, some kind of possibly spaghetti sauce on the rug, chairs stained so badly you didn’t want to sit. Our bags were left on the valet cart so we took them up ourselves but no one noticed. At the pool you go to get a chair and somebody walks you over and then dumped the towels for you to try to put on the fitted chairs by yourself. The only singular thing that was not terrible was the fact that you could get nobu room service, however a room service number was busy the entire night, so we had to go Uber eats and pick it up ourselves. Worst experience. Have not heard back from hotels.com yet after my complaint and they told me they would call me back in three hours, it’s been two days. At a time where he cleanliness is the most important in a hotel, it seemed like the lowest priority.

Horrible service!! Everything is slow! Dont believe the photos, they are very outdated. Also theres no difference between Nobu and Eden Roc! Because of covid you have to request to get your room cleaned, however tried that multiple times and noone showed up. Asking for towels was impossible! If I needed a towel I just would go get it myself. The bar service, the outside cafe and the beach service takes forever! For the price we paid and how much drinks cost we expected better!!

This Nobu hotel is attached to Eden Roc and they share a very overwhelmed front desk and lobby with booming music. If you want peace and quiet like Nobu Shoreditch this isn't it. Also, the "Nobu floor" was permeated with pot smell, and housekeeping didn't clean the bathroom sink area. I ignored what appeared to be hard water stains throughout the countertop until I saw a shiny pink spot (possibly lip gloss) that I was able to wipe off. In addition, 45 mins after dropping off the car at valet on a slow Sunday night we suddenly received alerts of someone opening the truck while we were sat at the lobby bar. We just had the car washed at Bal Harbour Shops up the road and whoever opened the hatchback left hand prints on the back window. Luckily there was nothing valuable for them to steal.

Without a doubt the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Not only did we sit in the lobby until 8pm when our room was ready, the management staff kept telling us it would be any minute for 4 hours. The front desk was extremely disorganized, someone was yelling about blood in their sheets, there was no one enforcing masks, the pools were not clean and there was no one around to order drinks from, no towels, no chairs, just absolute chaos. The food at both Nobu and Malibu farms was not up to par with my experience at the other locations and Wait staff was slow. Really disappointing experience that has completely tainted the Nobu brand for us and our friends.

The rooms are really the only aspect of this hotel that is consistent with how the property is advertised. The service, check-in process, lobby, fitness center, pool areas, and beach setup are no better than a trash motel you might expect to find in Panama City Beach in the middle of spring break. If I were Nobu I would be worried about how this property might impact the overall perception of their brand.
