Comfort Inn & Suites Salt Lake City Airport

Staff was friendly and helpful. The lady who managed the breakfast was really good...friendly and the scrambled eggs were way better than most buffet eggs

good breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, good location, reasonable price. There was a weird smell in the lobby - a sort of fishy smell...new carpet smell?

This was a newer hotel, beautiful lobby, very comfortable and close to the airport (yet we never heard any airport noise). The insulation between the rooms and floors wasn't the best but not a real problem. There was instant hot water and tons of electrical outlets and USB ports. The room was a good size, great beds and pillows. We had a quick check in. Todd, the General Manager couldn't have been nicer and recommended the perfect restaurant just around the corner (Roberts) - casual and great food. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and at the end. Same great service. There was a power outage when we arrived to check in at our 2nd stay but Todd, handled it like a pro.

The Comfort Inn and Suites is new and it shows well. The rooms are very clean, and adaquately appointed. It includes a microwave and small fridge in the room. Breakfast is included and better than most hotels of this type. However, there is no other food service at the hotel and not a lot of choices near by. That said, I would definately stay here again and it is a good value for the price paid.

The stay was great. Getting there was a bit confusing, as there is a Comfort Suites shuttle (and hotel) and a Comfort Inn and Suites shuttle and hotel. Of course, we took the wrong shuttle and arrived at the wrong hotel. The hotel and driver were gracious enough to deliver us to the right place. Maybe you could fix this? As we were told that this confusion and misdelivery happens every single day.
