Alcoves Apartments

Perfect location. You just have to cross the street and it's already Greenbelt 5. The apartment is very spacious and very clean. They've provided everything you'll need (for cooking, eating, ironing clothes, free shampoo & liquid bath soap, extra blankets and pillows). Mark, who welcomed us was very nice and gracious. If there's only one thing I'd suggest is to add bidet in the bathrooms. :) Overall, we're very happy and we look forward to be back soon! :)

Located in the BSA Tower right across from the Greenbelt 1 thru 5 (like a Mall and connected to a couple of Malls), so excellent location. Check in went smoothly and Mark was a very accommodating

Furnitures not comfortable. They divide living room to make space for another bedroom. We found one cockroach in the bathroom.

It's location location location! Apartment is in acceptable level. Sinks need changing as all knobs are wobby. The shower rooms need improvement, again everything's wobbly. Other than that, it was an okay stay

The room was as described, very clean and had a good location but just didn’t have warm water.

I highly recommend Alcoves Apartment in Makati. Check in was a breeze, had a wifi issue but the staff was able to fix it the next day. Perfect location, right in front of Greenbelt. The only downside is the building itself, it is not handicapped-friendly. There are about 5 steps in front of the building and there is no ramp. Other than that, it's a good place to stay in.

Great that we don't need people to check us in - we really like the system where they provide us a password for the apartment. Cons: there was hair scattered on the bed and linen, ants crawling near the sink and a fishy smell that started coming through during our first night (also from the sink).

Very good value, spacious for 5 persons in old but well maintained condominium building, facilities good except cookware not suited for induction stovetop. Location excellent, stores, restaurants, convenience outlets, park, chapel all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this especially for families.

We liked the place & it’s location. The apartment is very clean. The staff were all super in helping us with our questions & needs. I’d recommend it very highly.
