Disappointing Stay Despite Friendly Staff
I have stayed at many Courtyard Marriott locations during my business trips, but unfortunately, this particular stay did not meet expectations.
While the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, the overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, my room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. I found leftover yogurt in the fridge from a previous guest, the toilet was not properly cleaned, and there was a used razor still in the shower.
Additionally, I experienced noise disturbances throughout the night from the guests above me. Despite calling the front desk for assistance, the issue was not resolved, leading to a restless night.
When I attempted to call the front desk about the cleanliness concerns, my room phone was not working, though they did replace it upon request.
Given my past positive experiences with Courtyard Marriott, I was surprised by the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort at this location. I hope management takes steps to improve these issues, as this experience has made me reconsider staying at this particular property in the future.
