Fantastic, friendly and great value for money
This is quite possibly the best hostel I've stayed in in the UK. Beautiful building, fabulous sea view, comfortable room, warm showers, lovely well-equipped kitchen and friendly laid-back staff. Can't fault it!

Cosy and comfortable
This is a great place. The rooms are warm cosy and clean. The staff are super friendly. There are plenty of bathrooms which are super clean and the showers are excellent - just what you need after a walk in the sea air! The place is very close to restaurants buts there's also a large well stocked kitchen. Highly recommended and a great base for exploring the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Murray Library. This was our first experience of staying in a hostel and we were very impressed. The building is beautifully maintained, and our room was clean and had a great view over the harbour. The kitchen area is very large and well equipped. Sophie, our host/receptionist, was extremely helpful and a joy to be with. We know the area from previous visits to Scotland anf find it an excellent base for travelling around. Overall, our stay was much higher than our expectations and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fantastic location overlooking the.harbour.
Top class hostal accommodation with all mod cons. Double room was great size and bay window offered superb views of the Firth of Forth. Would highly recommend for short.break away.

On the seafront
Despite being in a front room it was very quiet. I was only sleeping there as my activities were in the district within 20 miles. You can self cater but I had a car so had to go away in the day as the parking is very restricted. So I had only one meal at a cafe in the lane behind the hostel. Fife is very scenic.

Ça vaut le détour
Établissement bien sympa, très belle maison de ville face au port, accueil fort sympathique, belles installations, grande et fonctionnelle cuisine commune, chambre taille correcte vue sur mer, sanitaires communs très propres et pratiques. Dommage que les portes des chambres soient si bruyante sinon c'est un sans faute. J ai bien aimé la literie, je précise car c'est pas là cas partout. Pour faire les courses il y a un co-op à 400 m sur la route principale à l entrée de la ville.
