the first night, there were no bedding (sheets, blankets) for the sofa bed. When i went to the front desk, they said that housekeeping was closed and they could only find a fitted sheet for the mattress so i had to use the swimming pool towels in the room for a blanket. on the second night, the ceiling above the shower started to collapse. i went back to the front desk and they moved our room because there was a drain leap in the unit above us and the ceiling was saturated with water. We stay here many times a year here because of its location, free parking, no resort fee, no smoking policy, walking distance to the Silverton, and friendly service. This stay however did not meet our expectations. Maybe it was just bad luck. By the way, they don't do housekeeping until you are staying a long period (week) and offer it once during the stay, and they try to sell you a timeshare during your stay on every one of our visits.
