Super Hotel Lohas Akasaka

The room was small, but that is fairly typical of Japanese hotels so it's not really a problem. Somehow my husband and I ended up in a room with a bunk bed, but the bottom bunk was a reasonably wide double bed and that was much appreciated. (Double beds in Japan can sometimes be quite narrow.) There were nice amenities when we checked in, and the location of the hotel was excellent. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and within walking distance of a train station that is on a major line. We didn't purchase breakfast at the hotel, but we walked past it in the morning and it looked amazing. There is also an onsen in the hotel, but unfortunately we only stayed one night and didn't have enough time to go to the onsen. Also, one unusual but nice perk is that they had a bunch of pillows of different types (thickness, consistency) in the lobby that you could pick to use beyond what was in the room. They had clean pillow cases to use with whatever extra pillow you chose.

Great stay lots of little amenities that make this an outstanding choice for a hotel. The onsen is great, they offer a coin laundry for 100 ¥ for wash and dry. The hotel is very clean, staff are outstanding, breakfast is very good.

affordable price and location is good.only minutes away from train station and limosine bus to airport is within walking distance. surrounded with plenty of restaurants and shops. limited space as usual in Tokyo.

Loved the bath and that the room water was also ion water. I respect a hotel with ecological ideas.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean but very small. No wardrobe only hooks on the wall with 4 coathangers. Very little room to open the average size case. Ok for a few days. Great location. 7/11 stire next door and a supermarket about 500 metres away.
