Wingate by Wyndham Edmonton Airport & Conference Center

Stay was good. Inexpensive. Nice room. Convenient and quiet. Was quite happy until after checkout was billed $60 in addition to the 155$ preauthed for incidentals. Called hotel to find out what was going on... was jnformed someone had been smoking in my room. I did not smoke in my room, was only occupant, was told i would be sent proof, never recieved proof. Called 2 more times, was told would be called back. Never called back. Now have to dispute through my cc company. Assuming some kind of mixup, not malicious or a way to increase bill.

Sunny was very welcoming. He made our stay very enjoyable. Always had a snails on his face and greeted us when we would walk in the hotel. I recommend staying at Winngate

Very clean and comfortable. Very excellent sleep as was quiet. Very enjoyable stay. Only issue was in the morning as the check out fellow was not very friendly! Despite that I highly recommend to stay.

I found the staff friendly, accompanying and when beyond the normal.

Parking lot was extremely icey a little pea gravel would make it safer. In room coffee only . Front desk staff could be more welcoming .

My partner and I did a day trip to Edmonton to shop for itens we needed. We decided to stay here because we've stayed here, both before COVID and suring COVID. The servoce was slwsus great and we felt safe knowing they had COVID precautions in place. Its slso away from the citu, where I feel more people might be, but slso close to COSTCO and the airport outlet mall. The room rate was also uncredibky cheap, given how COVID has affected the travel industry. We wdre greeted by Arjun, who was very friendly, and who checked us in quickly. We were offeted an upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi. Since our originsl booking was so cheap, we accepted the offer, and we were so happy we did! The tub was such a great way to relax after a long day of shopping and sriving to the city. Arjun recommended the hotel's new Indiam rest, XI Spices. We ordered room service, and the food was delicious! It was convemient not having to try and find another place to order from and worry about pick up or delivery. The beds are comfortable, the room was extremely large snd spacious, and the oversll stay qas great, even if just for the night. They had a bagged breakfast to start us on our way. We would stay here again for sure.

We were greeted by very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are beautiful and the bed is the comfiest I’ve ever slept on. Restraunt is open with great menu although we didn’t know that so we ate before coming but we come stay once/month for my husband going to work up North and this will be our go to hotel from now on and we look forward to trying their menu next month. Best hotel by airport by far, we have been trying a new one each time he fly’s out but we will stay here for all future flights.

First visit, room was exactly what we needed, clean, and staff was very friendly
