Ocean view, friendly, clean, great breakfast , safe parking. Everything was perfect

Best value in Chile. Great jr suites and views. Although the breakfasts could be improved by including fresh fruit, ie; mangos, berries, & nuts, seeds, & grains. Aircon is missing & a necessity on days over 26 degrees C

It was super in every way. Loved the ocean view, the breakfast was great, parking easy and safe with on site guard, easy access to downtown

Very quiet property with an excellent breakfast. It is outside of downtown proper so need a vehicle. Staff is very helpful and has secured parking.

Went for a sports competition. Had a room with 2 twin beds. Everything was comfortable , but the room was very small for 2 people. I would have gotten a studio if I had known. Employees of the hotel were awesome. Good service, was close to the competition, but it is far from other restaurants and shopping.

Hotel was new and good value for money good breakfast the only down side was that it was a long way from town

My wife, daugther and myself spent 2 nights (2 junior suites) on February 16th and 17th. We travelled a lot in different countries within years and we have never seen such a cold and unpleasant welcome. We were received by Lyliana, without a smile, a welcome or a hello. She did not speak english and was not even willing to try. No explanation about the amenities of the hotel. Her only comment was to say that we were too early and not to come back before 14h00. Fortunately, an employee that was painting the walls at the reception helped us in giving us the access code to the wi-fi, the location of the restaurant and indicated us were to park our car.... We appreciated a lot his effort, particularly as it was not in his attributions. When we checked in later, Lyliana gave us 2 rooms that were at the 2 extremities of the hotel; one on 4th level and on the second floor; we then ask if it was possible to have the 2 rooms at least on the same level and the answer came quickly, without even looking at her computer screen: just NO. We realized during our stay that the hotel was almost empty!!! The rooms were nice and of good size and nice view but the cleanliness was very poor; dirty floors, stains on the toilet paper roll (!), bathroom basket not emptied, etc. We, afterwards, realized that a client wrote similar comments from his own experience, dated February 14th 2020 (rf. Enemache from united kingdom) Very desagreable experience. We do not recommend this hotel.
