The hall carpeting was dirty. Housekeeping piled sheets and towels in the hallway. I even tripped on some sheets. Our toilet didn't flush properly and we had to ask for a plunger. Gratefully, it arrived very quickly.

Trash piled up and leaking on the elevator landings, first room we got still had trash in it and something gross smeared all over the curtains, second room they gave us had dirty socks on the floor. There was un repaired water damage on the ceiling. The TV was broken. The pool and jacuzzi were closed. Soda and snack machines were out of order. The shower and room were disgusting. There was dirt and hair in the shower. Pee drips on the side of the toilet. The headboards were peeling and dirty.
