Worst sleep ever
Generally the hotel is nice, but was really disappointed once we got upstairs. The main bed was probably the worst hotel bed we have ever slept on. The frame was really creaky, but the spring mattress was also noisy, lumpy and generally uncomfortable. The sofa bed was also really poor, dipping in to the centre and where the fold is. When feeding back to the hotel upon checkout, they were very dismissive and surprised that we had a problem. Told me they don’t really cater for families and what did we expect from a sofa bed! They sent a message to maintenance about the main bed, but I don’t believe no one has mentioned this to them before. Offered free parking as a gesture of goodwill, which I had already paid for and still haven’t received a refund. Disappointing experience from a brand that should know better!

Birthday weekend break. Unfortunately storm Bert made an appearance and the weekend was exceptionally wet. Close to seafront and local shopping centre. We had top floor with view of the sea (apart for rain clouds) good breakfast at hotel (included)
