Dejligt sted, lige ved stranden, lækker pool område. Her vil vi bestemt overnatte igen.

The hotel was so disappointing that we checked out a day early and found other accommodation. The unfriendly staff didn't care. Upon arrival, there was a full on DJ / party in the lobby with outstanding music and drunk spring breakers galore. All of which were not wearing masks. I had pre-ordered a cake to surprise my boyfriend upon arrival after a month of chasing the team, it wasn't there and no one wrote back when I asked for help. The room was dirty, small and very oddly laid out (the bed was in the middle of the room giving an uneasy comfort when sleeping). We were so disappointed in the room given the amount we paid. The beach club ran out of chairs every morning and the pool was never accessible. The team didn't even try to clean down the chairs in between use, no social distancing in sight. Our last day had drunk people passed out around the lobby and front, it was a complete disaster. House keeping didn't come the first day and the second day, they came at 6 PM. Not like the room was clean anyways. I would never stay at this hotel again. Avoid it! I could go on for days, but I'll simply say AWFUL.

If you want to party with a large group of people in the room that's mean for 4 it's your place to be. you can run around completely wasted, screaming and shouting all night. disregarding anyone's privacy. You will find a lot of groups just like yours. Party on!

We left the next day. Cut our trip short there by 9 days went to another hotel. Horrible hotel. No shampoo, room not ready until 6 pm, arguments in lobby, no distancing, drug users evident, phone in room broken, lobby ride, elevators slow and making loud noises, party hotel with unsavoury guests. Did not feel safe. Never recommend. Tiny rooms

Hotel was nice. Unfortunately staff was hit or miss. Some people were great - while others seemed disinterested and weren’t offering the best service. Walls were pretty thin - you could easily hear guests in neighboring rooms. Elevator situation wasn’t the best either - sometimes had to wait around 5-10 minutes to get on one (whether there was a line in the lobby or just waiting for it to come to your floor). Food and drinks were good whenever you were able to get them (service just seemed pretty slow). Overall decent experience but didn’t knock my socks off.

Was having a great stay until this afternoon. At 5:30pm we come back to our room after a long day at the pool. A little while later there’s a knock on our door, and let’s just say we were not clothed, so I yelled “don’t come in”! A few seconds later, the door opens, and we both yelled “STOP!! NO!” So the door closes. Then...20 seconds later, KNOCKING AGAIN. So I have to get up from...uh, our activity, and crack the door open. It’s house keeping, at 6pm. I tell her we are busy, and ask why the heck she is trying to clean in the evening, and why she didn’t listen to us yelling, and she just says sorry and walks off. Obviously totally killed the mood and my girlfriend was very freaked out. Not cool.

Great staff. Nice pool. 2 minute walk to the beach. Really nice room. Very comfortable bed. Good shower pressure. 2 great bars downstairs for hanging out or grabbing something to eat. Would come back again but not during a spring break week. A lot of loud, obnoxious college kids all over the place.

One of the worst experiences having to do with lodging in my life. First off. The hotel is NOT a 4.5 star. It is more of a 3 star with a 4.5 star pool. The check in was disorganized and took over an hour. When I finally got my room, after paying for a upgraded oceanfront room, it was not clean and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It was very basic dirty and grimy. And the bed was a cheap motel bed. When I asked to be moved they rudely told me that they don’t have anything else. It was a awful stay with them. I would recommend staying away.
