Antiche Navi Pisane

The rooms were modern, clean and lovely. The air conditioner was useful for warming me up. The bathroom had a walk-in shower which was strong and refreshing. Only thing was the bathroom was so cold.

The location was not ideal - whilst it was only a short walk to the Tower of Pisa, you had to walk under the train station subway to get there which did not feel particularly safe at night. Breakfast was okay - coffee machines were touch and go. Biggest problem though was the filth. There were ants in our room, in the bed, everywhere! When we went to complain and asked for a new room, the receptionist shrugged and said they were full and that we could see the manager in an hour. When we spoke to the manager, they said it’s only usually bad in the summer - so they knew they had a problem and had done nothing to rectify it! They had the fumigation team in and gave us a couple of free drinks from the mini bar - luckily we were only staying 2 nights in total and spent all of the day time out of the room. We went as a family and in one of our other rooms there was mould on the wall (as seen in photo) from where the air conditioning unit had leaked. Also, the towels were dirty and smelly. In the dining room, the floor and skirting boards were grimy and dusty. Will not be returning.

Not sure if the room was really clean. Linens with yellow stains, first on floors and furnitures... Given this property was recently renewed you can see that the cleaning is not great as it already looks old. The beds are also not in good shape and we did not sleep well.

Good location, only 10 mins walk to Leaning Tower, suite room was a large size. Property very clean, staff were friendly. Only problems were front gate was bit difficult for wheelchair access. Could be better with a slope curb or ramp. Rooms didn't have security safe ,so we had to carry our passports& cash with us all day.

The location close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa was very good. The parking was good. THERE was no hot water for washing or showers in the whole building and the rooms were stuffy with no air or air circulation.

Very helpful staff great selection for breakfast. The hotel is only 5 min walk from the train station. 10minute walk from the tower.

Unfortunately the property did not have any electricity when we arrived and until in the evening. After that incident the air con did not work. Furthermore the water cooker and toilette seat were defect. We did receive a appology when checking out, however we did not get any refund or compensation in spite of the inconvenience of not having any electricity and warm water for the entire first day of our stay. The hotel staff did not inform us, but we had to proactively ask what was happening. We were not happy with the customer service and our stay!

So convenient & safe parking. Ideal for a stay in Pisa.

The place was ok, good AC, but the Bathroom shower was Filthy, mold everywhere. My room, can't talk about the other rooms.
