Great location , close to restaurants

Check in staff not very friendly on arrival, No tourist information available for the local area/city, No information/instructions provided for the apartment and equipment. Aircon in bedroom wasn't a separate unit, only a vent off the main room so had little effect in cooling the room. Poor blinds needed eye masks to sleep. Our room was directly opposite the lifts so was very noisy, you hear people talking outside quite clearly. Spacious apartment with a good shower and well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor pool, could have done with more shade/parasols. Great location for West End and Southbank.

Amazing hotel with a great location and pool

Overall the apartments were fine. There was an issue with the first apartment we were put in. The sofa and chair were filthy. We were, however, moved to another apartment straight away when we complained. We only had towels etc changed once a week. The particulars did say limited servicing but we did expect it to be a couple of times a week.
