Navona Luxury Apartments

Vi boede i lejligheden 3.7.2 (40 m2) på 3. sal - 2 værelser med to terrasser, og det var helt perfekt. Det er en fantastisk mulighed at kunne sidde ude og nyde udsigten over byens tage, kupler og kirker. Beliggenheden er unik - kan ikke være mere central. Personalet var uhyre søde og hjælpsomme. Vi følte os bare godt tilpas, og jeg kommer gerne tilbage.

We (family of 4 - two teenagers 13 and 16, and the parents) stayed here for 5 days and we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect in walking distance from the Vatican, the colosseum, spanish stairs, ... and the service and helpfulness by the staff at the reception was excellent. They all spoke English very well and we were always met with a smile. The apartment was new and really comfortable, and we had a little kitchen as well (which we only used a couple of time as there is so many restaurants in the neighbourhood). If you plan to go to Rome we can highly recommend this place. We would love to come back.

Our stay was fantastic. Sara stayed a few extra minutes to make sure we arrived safely and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable although the wifi did drop twice in four days (came back on when it was noted). Sara made excellent local dining suggestions and location was ideal - within comfortable walking distance from the Vatican, forum, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon.

First night of stay the towel warmer sprung a leak that flooded not only the bathroom room but the entire apartment. We attempted to call apartment phone contact but no answer. Forced to call fire department and hold pin hole for over an hour. Then we needed to find mop in basement to clean up. Hotel provided no credit for missing almost an entire night sleeping. Not even a thank you for the many hours of work we did and the fact we saved them from major damage to the property
