This hotel is right across the street from the Vatican Museum entrance, so it was very convenient. And it was quite close to the Metro; it was very walkable.

We enjoyed our night at Vaticano84. We had stayed here before in October 2015. Both times, we were heading to the seaport to take a cruise. Bruna was very friendly and welcoming and able to answer our questions. The hotel is across the road from Vatican City. Down a set of stairs to another street (5 mins. walk) you will find a pizza place, a gelato parlour and I was even able to find a suitcase to replace mine which had been severely damaged at some point during our flights to Rome. Bruna very graciously agreed to take care of the disposal of the damaged suitcase. The room was very comfortable and the wifi reception was great. We will stay in Vaticano84 any time that we come to Rome. We enjoyed the free breakfast as well.

Great location if you want to be close to the Vatican! Literally 1 block from Vatican Museum! Restaurants are limited but coffee shops close by. The coffee maker in the common area was Really good! Our host offered much info and arranged for transportation for airport pick up and taxi service - we were very appreciative! The room was very clean and just as pictured. Beds comfortable too! The patio which was a big plus for my booking was perfect however Very loud with street traffic. But to be expected and I would stay again.

Perfect spot if you are looking to explore the Vatican City. This place is convenientely located behind the Vatican’s wall. The room itself was clean and comfortable. It has the right amount of space for a couple that is looking to explore Rome on a budget. Breakfast is more of a snack kind of thing. They provide you a tray with crackers, some croissants, Nutella and jam. They also gave us 2 waters and 2 sodas. Overall we had a wonderful stay, I’d definitely recommend.
