InterContinental Hayman Island Resort

This is an excellent location for families. Everything is right there to enjoy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with the filtered water stations as this is the type of resort that could charge hefty prices for bottled water but an environmental choice was made to reduce plastic use and that was great!

Excellent renovation of the property, we enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool area and poolside dining menu. The Hayman boat transfer was also excellent although pricey, very nice trip over.

Food expensive, need a bit more variety and more vegetarian and light meal options Staff fantastic, room lovely, bed very comfortable .

The overall property was exceptional well presented since we last visited 5 yrs ago. The only thing I would mention is the food served in Bam Bam beside the pool area needs to be revised. Fresh salads grilled chicken burgers would be a better option then Thai style at 30degrees & for those who don’t want to walk over to Aqua have options that are similar have the same menu. We also dined at Pacific the staff there need to be shown how to meet greet & make sure every table has cutlery side plates especially if you are dining in the

This resort is superb and unforgettable. The swimming pools are beautiful. unfortunately it was running while we stayed there. we will definitely visit there again with the whole family.

Great resort that comes with a price. We booked through Expedia as a package inc flights and only to receive a email 6 hours later saying it’s time to book your transfer to Hayman Island,( thinking that when you book an package it is included) at $210.00 per person each way!! What took us by surprise.

Pleasant hotel. Limited dining options with food quality average and not 5 star

As 1st time to Hayman Island, the hotel did not provide detail introduction so we can not fully enjoy the facilities and activities. Lack of freedom for transportation unless you are rich enough to hire private flight.

Very bad service. Management team is nowhere to be seen. Great island, poor management and very dated property (despite the renovation). What a waste of a trip!
