Disappointed
We booked the room for two nights and stayed for 10 minutes. As soon as we got in our hallway we could smell pets and smoke. In our room there were cigarette burns in our comforter, stains on our sheets and several roaches throughout the room, including our bathroom and in the bed. We checked out without staying a single night. Lost out on $107.44.

Disgusting!! DO NOT STAY!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT STAY!!!!!! Mold, stains, cigarette burns. Doors on cabinets were off the hinges, door locks barely work, bathrooms disgusting. 00/10,000. If I could give this hotel a negative score, I COMPLETELY would. People fixing cars in the parking lot, poop all over the sidewalk and grass from Dogs. Whole building smells of smoke. DO NOT STAY!!!

We stayed in our car at a truck stop instead
We never actually got to stay. We were travelling across country from San Francisco back to Ontario Canada and this was supposed to be our stop for the night. We got there in the middle of the night and when we arrived there was nobody at the desk for at least 30 minutes. Another hotel patron was down at the desk waiting for someone because he had locked himself out of his room and he said he had been waiting for 20-30 minutes. There was a note and a phone number to call, which we called 3-4 times with no answer as well as directly calling the hotel desk and also no answer. By the time the lady finally came back, she told us we were too late and she already did her audit and cancelled our reservation and there was nothing she could do about it. She then helped the other guest waiting and gave him the wrong room key. Then when we asked how much it would be to pay for the room we already had booked, she tried to tell us double the price we had already paid. By this time it was almost 4 am, she wouldn’t give us a refund or the room for even 2 hours or some kind of deal. We ended up sleeping in our car at a truck stop instead after driving for 12 hours.

STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!
This is the worst hotel i've ever been to. it smells like urine and feces. There are drug deals going on and cockroaches in the hallways. Children are left alone asking where their mommy is because they have no food and are hungry. The front desk didnt seem concerned or bothered by it and said that is their business not hers.

Bad 😞
The hotel was disturbing. My room has roaches in it dead and alive. The bathroom has them as well, my bathtub was in need of makeover the paint was horrible. I ended just sleeping in my truck overnight due to roaches crawling everywhere I certainly didn't wanna take them home with me.

The tv didn’t work and I ask to have it fixed and it took them over 1 hr to come check it out. After finally coming they discovered there wasn’t a cable box. She then said it was going to be 1 to 2 hrs to get that. I left to go out with family and return 4 hrs later and still no cable box.

8/10 Very Good

It was ok. For the price, you get what you get. Although it was a non-smoking hotel, inside had a distinct smell of smoke. Tub didn’t drain well. Needs a good painting. Bedding had cigarette burns and pillows were small

Don't go here!
I was very uncomfortable with the surroundings. There were men hanging around outside, and a homeless couple and their dog were in the parking lot. The room and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was listed as a smoke-free hotel. I was only able to sleep for about 2 hours because of yelling somewhere around my room, and it kept sounding like heavy objects being dropped on the floor above me. I had pre-paid for 2 nights but checked out about 5:30 a.m. and forfeited the second night.

Absolutely NASTY
The room was clean but smelled like mildew. The bathroom was totally disgusting! Walter poring from the ceiling and black mold look at photos below! I went down and showed the GM and they only said sorry about that. They moved me the next day in to the 4th floor from the 3rd. In this bathroom there was no black mold and leaking but a cockroach going up the wall! I should have gotten a refund of something back for all this. It only got a sorry about that. I stayed there last year and it was not that bad. One year later the restaurant is now closed that was open last year and a TON of shady people just hanging outside and smoking pot. They looked homeless. I bet they’re staying here on a weekly rate. The parking lot had zero lights and is totally dark! Please stay somewhere else not here!!! This place is also the Clarion Hotel. Same building! I should have been offered a refund but nothing!
