Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral

Aloft has never failed us. The room and the ambience are just amazing. We had a blast 3 nights stay in urban double queen bedroom. With the mini bar as complimentary, it gives us more satisfying and comfortable stay indeed. Definitely will make a come back for us family to have a great break soon.

Excellent location

Pros- clean room, id in the room is very edgy, Beds are comfortable, love the smell of the shampoo, aloft camp for the kids in the room, iron & hair dryer provided in the room, nice view from the rooftop swimming pool. The best part is the breakfast, semi-buffet, food is awsome.. Freshly cut fruits, croissant, tasty laksa sarawak etc.locatiin is good to, walking distance to shopping mall Cons - hotel is a non smoking hotel but the smell of cigarette lingers along the corridor, major turn off! Swimming pool is quite small, room is a bit dark not much sunlight, hot water from the tap is a bit murky. The door system at the toilet is somethg.. Haha.. Check it out, u ll find it interesting..

My family was due to stay at the hotel for 6 nights. Unfortunately on the 3rd night, there was a commotion at my floor around 2 am where there were a lot of noises and party that caused me unable to sleep. I contacted the front desk to looked into the matter and they dealt with it . I requested to check out the the very next day. Eventhough the manager offered to upgrade my room i prefer to check out earlier as I had a difficuty to sleep the night before. I must applound the manager in charge , Angelina Ku who followed up with me for the refund and showed great professionalism & hospitality when dealing with this matter. Thank you for the explanation and I understand it is not fully the hotel's fault. It was unexpected a short stay but I believe in future me & family will be back again and probably we will get a better stays .

Superb location at an affordable price. Security could have been tighter. It was too easy to duplicate keys by other parties by just giving room number and name

Due to SOP many things were not manage properly..waited for 2 hours to check in. Otherwise everything is good. Comfy beds n rooms

Room not even ready at 5pm, reception front desk not aware of parking inclusive package, and in particular Rachel speaks as though guest trying to cheat RM 5, when in fact I've paid RM 10, so in essence, guest got cheated RM 5. Had I gone for breakfast 5 minutes 9am I would have waited 50 minutes. Likewise, pool policy changes every 50 minutes. Was told no time slot reservation. Not long later, others jumps queue on pretext of time slot reservation. Five complaints later, policy reverts to walk in queue with no pre-booking time slot for pool.

Friendly and attentive staffs. Despite the implementation of SOP due to pandemic situation, they did their best to ensure their guests enjoy the stay. Room is spacious,breakfast buffet is good. Be prepared to wait awhile for breakfast especially during long weekend or holidays.
