Arthotel ANA Prime

was told our room was not available upon arrival and we were transferred to a sister hotel at a distant location. No prior information, refund or compensation. We chose the hotel for location, so we felt cheated. The hotel had contct info and could easily have informed us or ask if we wanted to cancel or the relocation. A poor service.

Good location next to pilgrimgasse U bahn , 2 stops from Karplatz or 20 min walk to centre , hotel was clean and modern , we asked to change rooms as we had a faulty radiator that was blasting out heat , breakfast is perfectly fine choose your timing if staying at weekend as you will have to wait for 5/10 mins for a table , free tea and coffee all day and night and takeaway option , staff were friendly , note check in is after 2 pm but they have a luggage store not a problem , front rooms you can hear road noise but back of hotel is quiet , good value and great location , lovely restaurant called Sixta just down the road

Clean and functional hotel. Suited my needs well, although a little out of town. Few nice restaurants nearby and would use again.
