Hotel D120

I like that the checking was fast and the service breakfast was very good and staff at the breakfast area were nice . I did not like that the room was cold for the first 3 nights and I asked for help no one came until the fourth day . We had to sleep like if we were in the street was terrible cold . I did not like that there is no instructions or map for near places to go.

The rooms had wall cracking and chipping. The room was excellent and the space was great. The staff was also very helpful. They did tell us the taxi was 35 euros but when we got the airport it was 40. The Breakfast was excellent with lots of Vegan and Gluten free items.

Great for the price just outside the city. Staff is young, helpful and friendly.

The hotel is really nice, good breakfast and wonderful staff

Walking the halway to our room there was several area's of the lower wall where water damage was visible. On sight restaurant closed very early, 8 oclock, however the restaurant located next to the restaurant was charming and offered delicious food. Nice room which was clean however thin walls so TV from next room was heard most of the night. Very nice Italian breakfast buffet in the morning

Everything was excelent except te beds that are hard.

Close to Milan Malpensa Airport, with 24 hour staffing.

LIKE: Spacious room and bathroom, parking outside the room, breakfast was superb with plenty of selections hot & cold, wonderful artisan breads and pastries, and even raw honey on the comb! DISLIKES: Entry & Exit to parking was ridiculous having to get out of our car every time and go into the reception booth to have a staff member press a button to open the bar across, why not automate this with the room key card. No counter top space in the huge bathroom (where does one store essential toiletries?). Our particular Room 126 had a horrible bed - you could see the well used mattress coils coming through even with the sheets on top - my husband hates to complain and as a result I left there after 4nights with terrible back and shoulder pain. Lighting in the room was also very bad and portrayed a dark atmosphere (like a nightclub) rather than a cheery room where one can read a book, relax after a long day of travelling, or simply watch some TV. thanks

Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Parking available just outside of hotel room door. Couple of restaurants nearby and a McDonalds.

The hotel was clean and posh, but their advertised airport shuttle is actually a 35 euro taxi ride and no access to public transportation. For the 70 extra euros it costs to get there and leave, I would just stay somewhere else.
