I booked this hotel as our trip splurge since I paid over $200 for one night, but we were very disappointed in our stay here. First of all, the picture on hotels.com makes it look like you will have a beautiful mountain view behind the inn and be out in the country. Instead, we were right off a highway and our room faced the highway with traffic noise starting in the wee hours. Also the floors creaked badly so we could hear every sound coming from the room above us. We had looked forward to eating a nice meal in the dining room, but it was closed with no advance notice that it would be due to "end of the season". The pub had a very limited menu, so we had to drive 25 minutes to town to get dinner. For the price, you would think breakfast would be included but it was not. The hair dryer was broken, the wifi didn't work, no one answered the front desk to help us figure out how to operate the antiquated heater, the room was advertised as spacious but was the size of a small hotel room. I typically never post a negative review, but I wish someone would have given me a heads up before I booked this inn.
