Wonderful hotel with a special staff

When we order food the room service asked us to pay for the amount even though I ask we will pay at check out but the service guy told we need to pay now. During check-In process staff should ask for Credit Card /Some deposit to avoid these kind of issues. Also when we order food second time room 2029 we were supposed to pay the service guy about 440 THB as per bill amount and gave him 1000 THB and he told he is getting back the balance cash amount and we never got that amount and due to early check out we skip to notice and just notice when we were in the flight During check out at 4.50AM the lady sitting on front desk behavior was very much arrogant and she was not even talking properly. when I handover room key she told I can wait and then I told concierge to wait for shuttle 5AM as we are on check out process .Have waited for 10 minutes even though no one was in check out Que but still she took long time and when after 10 minutes I ask her my flight getting delay she told in a rude tone that checkout already done why I am waiting. Every one expect a polite/welcoming behavior

Compared to my previous stay, this trip was a little disappointing. Room was not very clean upon check-in. Room key was deactivated before actual check out. Receptionist was not very helpful.

Front desk staff was very rude. Specially the duty manager. Bureaucratic culture that does not suit the service Industry. Hotel was very good with regards to comfort and cleanliness.

Aside of being far from central area and shopping area the rest are thumbs up for the entire family stay
