Riad El Yacout

Rad El Yacout is one of the best Riads in the area! Omar, Marcos, and the rest of their staff will treat you like family. We were welcomed with tea and biscuits upon arrival making the check in process much less stressful. I had some great talks and exchanges with Omar and Marcos and learned a lot about the culture, customs, and sights of Fez. On our last night we were worried about getting a taxi for the next morning since our flight was very early. They went out of their way to find a driver. They really go above and beyond here to make you feel welcome, relaxed, and at home!

Beautiful grounds, kind staff, and good breakfast.

We really liked the pool but deep so might be an issue with children. Overall riad is a bit tired. In the process of adding on new rooms but existing needs a spruce up too. Staff we friendly and very helpful though. Location is good within the Médina.

Wonderful location! The lobby and pool area is beautiful, the breakfast is amazing and the staff is helpful and nice but the rooms are disappointing, with small bathroom and weird smell...

Of all the Riads we stayed at in Morocco, this was THE VERY VERY BEST!!!! Unbelievably beautiful. The food was outstanding. And the service was off the charts. Marco, who seemed to be in charge of many things, went utterly out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Every riad we stayed at after this one fell short in some way because of the very high standard these lovely people set.

The staff was magnificent, especially Marcos. He was thoughtful, attentive, very quick to meet our needs. Friendly and helpful, a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable about Fez. We will definitely recommend Riad El Yacout to our family and friends. I hope will be able to come back soon!

The well located Riad in the Fez Médina is beautiful, very clean and very safe. The staff are responsive, helpful and kind. We especially appreciated the attentiveness of Houda, the Riad manager, the service provided by Marcos, and the cooking class provided by Nezha translated by Idriss. We enjoyed an amazing Moroccan experience.

The rooms are big and Marcos was very polite and showed to be very proficient both English and Spanish language/ breakfast is great.

One of the best places i stayed in. Clean, lovely food, very friendly staff and knowledgeable staff. The hotel is a walking distance of the Blue Gate. I have booked two tours via the hotel 1st was a walk in the city with site seeing and the 2nd was a day trip to Meknes and Volubilis
