Room was great. And had nice big jacuzzi tub which was lovely after cold hiking! Room was big and well laid out. There were a few stains on the bedspread, but room itself was very clean. The breakfast was quite poor. Coffee not good and little selection. But overall we really liked our stay.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good location, right next to a park. Our room had a breathtaki view of the bay. An unbelieveable deal for the price, with breakfast included. Highly recommend.

Mixed experience. Probably 50/50. The main good thing is all staff that I spoke to, including the housekeeper, were nice and friendly. The room looks modern and the bed was very comfortable. The bedsheet feels and smells fresh. The housekeeper did a great job to keep the room clean and tidy everyday. The main bad thing is about the level of noise you can hear in the room, and I’m not talking about the noise from the outside. It was like I could hear everything that the room next door was talking word-by-word. I could also hear the mobile phone vibrating on the table, let alone the ringtone. I checked the wall, and it seemed to be just a plasterboard which may not have been insulated at all - and god knows how thin it is between rooms. The breakfast was average, but at least it keeps me going until lunchtime. During my visit (Apr’19) there was some construction work going on, but the work itself didn’t take place when I was at the property.

Hosteria America is located near the center of the city, about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the center of the business district. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, included in room rates, is mostly made up of cookies, cakes, and bread with some fresh fruit and yogurt available also. Rooms were a good size, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was modern. An electric kettle is provided for boiling water for tea or coffee, but the tea/coffee were not provided. We were happy with our stay.

Hôtel confortable. Notre chambre avec vue sur la mer était spacieuse. Le personnel aimable nous a bien aidé pour nos diverses activités.
