Jenn was wonderful! And her home is lovely! Breakfast was terrific...and we loved the location! Once there we walked everywhere. We wished we could have stayed longer, but had to depart on the ferry, which is very close by. We look forward to staying there again in the future and exploring Victoria more!

This B and B is absolutely wonderful! The location was great for us as we parked the car and didn't need it till we left. Walked downtown, to the ocean, Fisherman's Wharf, etc. Coral was such an amazing hostess and was so kind and gracious. The breakfast was amazing and she respected our dietary needs. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean and nicely decorated. The one thing we didn't know was that the bathroom was across the hall. No problem as they provide a robe to use while in the short distance across the hall and we never did bump into the other guests. Just something to know. Would highly recommend this place!

Absolutely delightful place to stay - a heritage building that oozes charm, fantastic hosts and located in an area of Victoria that provides easy access to everywhere you’d like to go

Wonderful Heritage House in James Bay. Walking distance to downtown Victoria. Excellent breakfast. Lovely room. Private bathroom across hall.

Nice house with good dining area. Good breakfasts except was not keen on the stodgy pancakes. Our room was not an on-suite, but had a bathroom across the landing area. Quiet area with just a five minute walk to Victoria's Legislative building.

Jennifer was very warm and friendly host and excellent chef when it came time for morning breakfast. We loved the setting - the other guests and the good recommendations from Jennifer . The Irish Times Pub is a must see and must dine kinda place ... Enjoy

We were able to walk to downtown Victoria from the Fisher House. It was very comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious and the hosts were friendly.
