Good service, breakfast and internet.
Breakfast fine: Western style cornflakes with milk, toast with jam and butter and freasly made omelet. Then different Indian selections hot and cold.
Internet Wifi very reliable.
Pick up in airport service worked perfectly, and also drop of service from the hotel. Very close (5 min walk) to Khar station with good connection to all parts of Mumbai.
Ok hotel in the busy Khan Station Area. The rooms are nice; very spacious, equipped with both fan and AC. Fair size bathroom with a large shower cabin.
Small tv, but an abundance of channels. Ok wi-fi in the rooms. Breakfast was ok and had some changing dishes. Drop-off at airport included in price (don't know about pick-up). Very friendly staff!
I had a few issues while staying at the hotel: Upon arrival the fan could only do full-speed or no-speed - the was friendly, but could not fix until the next day which was quite annoying due to the Mumbai humidity.
The second morning there was only cold(-ish) water for shower. I did not have time to wait, but the next there was no issues and the issue with the second morning could probably have been fixed fairly quickly.
The staff was very friendly and courteous, the airport shuttle service was an added advantage. However the room amenities were not good. The bathroom was ok-ok and so were the beds. The room had mosquitoes, lighting was not well designed. TV channels were not HD as had been described. Overall, did not really got the value we had paid for.
Fantastic staff, reception staff very passionate to help guests. On our final day we met the owner who was very friendly and keen to hear our experience. They really went above and beyond for us. As we had a late flight they gave us a spare room to use the shower facilities in the evening as well as coffee and water.
