Hotellet ligger tæt på lufthavenen og blev valgt da vi skulle flyve ud af Rom meget tidligt om morgenen. Personalet er venligt, der er god service vedrørende shuttle til og fra lufthaven. Hotellet er pænt og rent, men det er et typisk overnatningshotel (meget standard hotelværelse). Jeg ville vælge et hotel i selve Rom hvis jeg skulle bo der i flere dage. Hotellet fungerede fint til vores formål.

Nice welcoming, shuttle from the AirPort was ok, only early in the there is no Shuttle, Best western should change that on the Site. Overall was good, the reception arranged a taxi forme at 04:45 am
Friendly staff and close to the airport. Rules in place to seal with Covid
A quick overnight stay for business. The hotel is convenient for the airport and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff all friendly the only let down was my meal in the restaurant. It was late when I arrived so just grabbed a burger as it is quick. Not sure how they cooked it but it was cremated. Other than the restaurant a good hotel.
A nice hotel close to the airport don’t be fooled by the taxi drivers the hotel runs a shuttle bus fo €7 the taxis charge €25! My room was a little dated and in need of refurbishment but was completely acceptable and clean. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful.
Low staff. Only one person working the counter. I was in line for 30 minutes, and there was only one person in front of me. As soon as the lady was done with him, she was answering phone calls. It was ridiculous. They need to have at least two people at the counter if there's a lot of people in line. I went back to the front desk later that night to ask if they had tea (which they don't), and there was another line of about 4 people, and still only the one lady. You would think with this Covid pandemic, they would try to get the customers out of the area as quickly as possible. The did have plexiglass at the counter, which i do appreciate. The pool was small, but we arrived too late to enjoy it. And the restaurant was horrible. They have two different sizes of draft beers and bottles beers on the menu, but only one bottle beer available. The menu was simple, but they didn't have risotto like the menu said. Then i ordered tiramisu, and they brought me out a warm, soupy, pudding that was, i guess, supposed to be tiramisu but wasn't. I returned it for a weird ice cream that i also didn't enjoy.
Very nice hotel, near to airport. Room was clean and spacious. Only downside was the restaurant, not much choice and my bacon in my pasta dish was just fat. The pool looked nice although we didn't have a chance to use it.
We ended up not going due to covid-19 and due to airport and country closed to international travellers but the hotel still charged us for a one night stay even if we were not there and could not go because of closure. This is unethical and a disgrace for an internationally recognized chain hotel as Best Western. Will not book there again or book with expedia. This is a global crisis and this hotel chose to ignore it. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! Even worse after reaching out to the hotel, they still chose to ignore it and didn’t respond to our request.
