NOT a 5 star quality hotel
Very good location and at arrival a very nice and clean room. But this hotel do not clean the rooms - even though we requested daily cleaning this was only done partly. For instance the used coffe cups were not cleaned and no full up of toilet paper etc. Even though Poland is not a part of Hotelstars union that covers most of Europe - we expected daily cleaning.
Parking: Prior to our stay I called the hotel to reserve parking, and was told that this was not a problem. But at arrival there were no parking and they did not remember that they had promised this. We found a public parking near by. When we day 2 of our stay had to prolong the parking the automat did not work and could not take card only coins. Returned to get help from the hotel - none was provided - ended up using more than and hour to try to exchange bills to coins - the hotel had no coins and did not try to help.
During our 4 day stay we did see free parking spaces owned by the hotel - but was denied use. In general the young and new staff tried to be helpfull - but the older staff was very unfriendly. Making us feel that they did not like us.
Så despite good location, Nice room in size and Nice breakfast - we can NOT recommend this hotel.
This was a part of a longer car trip around Europe with a varity of hotels from 3-5 stars and this hotel is the only one we give a bad review - all other hotels on our journey provided much better service and cleaning - also the 3 stars hotel.
