Initial experience poor as room expected did not match fully - rusty hangers, not easy to use shower until help requested, very cold room etc..
However, our experience changed totally once the Manager became aware of our unsatisfactory mode . He understood, supported where they could, remained open for guest suggestions - opinions.
Great team at the Hotel, accomodating yet professional.
Spa deserves 5*, excellent service & met beyond expectations !
Restaurant standard & staff good & pleasant.
Sadly, the temperature in the room & hotel was very uncomfortable as AC was constantly on - not always suitable to overseas visitors. Even after turning AC off in room, it was not ideal having to sleep in warm clothes !
Overall, the location & convenience of hotel worked perfectly !
Subtle waiting & stopping by service staff with perhaps? expectation of tips can seem uncomfortable esp to a Non Indian & overwhelming but thats Indian Culture ;)
I understand - Token of appreciation is a joy to express and should happen naturally and appropriately.
Overall, delighted that our initial experience at start changed into a pleasant one.
