Happy Prague Apartments

Location superb, no problems checking in , checking out, everything was clean, spacious, would recommend

The location was very central, the apartment spacious and the staff was willing to help when contacted. However I am quite sure the bed linens were not replaced / washed prior to our arrival as they smelled quite bad and could find stray hairs on the mattress cover. This grossed us out quite a bit but thankfully we found another set of bed linens in the closet and changed them ourselves. The dishwasher was not in operating condition (clogged with 3 dishwasher tabs from the previous guests?) and the shower did not drain properly. Towels were fraying on the edges, the kettle needed some serious descaling and there were multiple dead bugs squished on the walls. In general this place needs a lot of TLC. The building itself has charm but beware if you have mobility issues as we had to go up many flights of stairs to access our suite. Staff was helpful but it was hard to address concerns with the limited hours.

The stay was very good. The location is very convenient.

This apartment is a great place to stay in Old Prague. The place is huge and the rooms are spacious. We had a family of five here and had room to spare. Parking is also secure in a gated and locked court yard.
