Best Western Chilworth Manor Hotel

Beautiful location. Great scenery. Friendly and helpful staff. Good for an overnight stay. Room clean & tidy. Would stay again. Hotel very busy and overcrowded in reception, but a function was going on. Gentleman at desk was very polite and helpful. Tricky to park, but eventually found one! (Possible due to function going on!) Would be worth checking if anything on before you stay.

basic, functional accommodation. lovely setting, very quiet. tasty breakfast with a good range of options. Staff always very helpful and friendly

The booking in was easy, the room and hotel were clean. The only issue was the time it took to checkout. There was one person on the desk and therefore with the morning departures it took 20 minutes to be seen and hand in my key card to receive a receipt. Maybe there should be another person on the desk early morning?

Lovely leisure facilities but far too limited hours of access to the pool for children. Restaurant meal in the evening disappointing.

I was expecting something a little special, but it was very flat, very ordinary, very expensive, very noisy and with a hen party booked in it was unpleasant. I wanted to feel as though our stay was a real treat, but sadly I wish I had booked into the holiday inn. I was informed I had booked in 'room only' and room only was how I was treated. No atmosphere. everywhere was very clean, but so noisy. snack undercooked, staff never returned.
