Battery Wharf Hotel, Boston Waterfront

There is a strike going on and the picketers scream from 7am to 7pm and they yell at you every time you walk in or out the hotel.

The check-in staff was helpful and accommodating. My only issue with the room was my blow drier not working. We did have breakfast in the restaurant and the service was poor as well as the food. Definitely room for improvement there.

Beautiful location! Lobby is stylish and comfortable. The bistro breakfast was phenomenal! At night, the bistro/bar was a bit loud for me. I would have liked an option for a nice quiet drink and conversation. There is a surprising lack of eating options within the hotel itself. As mentioned above, the one bistro/bar open in the evenings was very loud and didn't have a selection of simple snacks. We had to leave the hotel to get some of chips/nuts in the evening - no vending, nothing offered in the room other than drinks. Prices for "in room" drinks were excessive. Bathrooms are spacious and have nice amenities. WiFi worked well and was free. Beds and linens were very comfortable and the thermostat worked well. Carpet in room was a bit worse for wear - worn and stained. Other than that, the room was very clean and smelled great!
