Comfort Suites Plano East - Richardson

My stay was only for one night, was a very pleasant place, breakfast was really good. Bed was a little firm for me, but I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Everything was perfect from the time we arrived until we checked out.

The people were nice enough and all but walking in all you can smell is smoke. Our room was just as bad. They even put a coffee pouch in the ac vent to try and mask it. It smell s gross.

Nice hotel with easy access to the event we were attending. We liked the indoor pool for the kids although it is very small. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and spacious.

This stay was for a sports trip, and the hotel was about a mile from the venue. Overall the stay was pretty good. The positives were the location and the breakfast. The hotel looks like it's had some recent updates and looks like they are still doing some work. Maybe it will feel more modern when the work is complete. The rooms are a bit noisy. Otherwise they are comfortable.
