Good check in nice lobby super clean beds very comfortable nice contemporary furniture

I really liked the fresh made food it was clean and comfortable

Arrived at this hotel about 7, very tired . checked in got a 2 bedroom as requested. Checked everything out however forgot to open curtains until in the middle of the night we kept hearing this noise and the open the curtain to see the back of macanics or machines of some type right at our window and this was out window view . There were very few guest at this time. Why were we place in this room because again we use u to get the room. We could not be reinbursed or because they said we us Hotels.com How disappointing and this was supposed to be a nice Hotel. Please have someone reach out to me about this matter thank you , naka1975 , Mrs. Hennigan 2679775914 . I willl also reach to the Hilton .

Everything was fine. With the covid, it has made things a different experience. coffee in the room was grate just need more then one cup lol. Clean & comfortable. The morning breakfast was ok a little high for what was received.

The staff was tremendous and very accommodating from check in to room service to breakfast in the morning. They had all the amenities that mostly all others have shutdown due to Covid. My wife and I will go out of our way to stay here even if a little more distance is added on...they are that good! Keep up the great work!

Staff were terrific; helped us with dinner set up for toddler and otherwise just friendly and helpful.

It was ok. Air conditioner was noisy, a little outdated, but good service and clean.

Room was not vacuumed, main light needed new bulbs, toilet didn’t flush properly.

Realizing this isn’t the typical situation for Hilton hotels, I want to believe my experience was a one off. However my 2 night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Frederick was a bit disappointing. The drain system in the bathroom was backed up in both the sink and shower. In the sink, there was visible hair clogging the drain. Additionally the lever for the shower was so difficult to pull that someone had to be sent to the room to make it functional but was only a temporary fix. Once lifted, the water pressure for the shower head was low. I was told someone would return the following day to make a repair to the tub faucet but no one came. The room also had a stale smell which could be the vents or maybe the carpeting needs to be shampooed. Finally the microwave was inoperable. Fortunately a replacement was sent right away which I was pleased about. I imagine when cleaning rooms and preparing for new guests, a checklist is included in the procedure to ensure all amenities, appliances, safety and cleanliness are at standard and in good order. Again I don’t see this being the custom or reputation of Hilton Hotels. We’re also going thru challenging times during the pandemic that may result in gaps like what I experienced that aren’t the norm. Aside from that, all the staff was pleasant during my stay.

Attractive hotel close to downtown and restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. Had trouble making room temperature comfortable. The way the comforter is folded on bed, did not see a sheet too. Would have helped to use when turned off air as was too cold at 76 degree on temperature control. Also serious running leak in tub that no one available till next morning. That did not affect us, just concern about waste of water and why not reported. Breakfast was very good as you order your selection from the chef in the restaurant. Pool and hot tub are a plus.
