Sunset Vistas Two Bedroom Beachfront Suites

This 2 bedroom suite was wonderful! The check-in staff was efficient and welcoming. The grounds are well kept and pretty. The beach access is easy with cabanas and beach umbrellas available for rent. Plus the pools and spas are a nice alternative. The snack bar and bar have reasonable prices and tasty food and drinks. Parking in our assigned space was easy. The room was clean, quiet, in great condition, and had everything we needed. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

The hotel was clean. The employees were helpful and responded to any need quickly. The pool and kids pool was very nice. Some of the improvements they could make is making sure all linens are clean the bottom layer closest to mattress was not. Installing a gas grill instead of charcoal as you are responsible to get the stuff to use the charcoal grill. The handicap access to the beach is one street next to the hotel where we expected it to be right near the pool. On weekends it was a little loud as people were on their balconies late at night.

This was a wonderful place to stay. fabulous ocean views! Clean and easy parking. Washer and dryer were nice to have in the unit. Beds were very comfortable and we never heard any noise from upstairs. Felt like we were in our own home. Central to everything we could want. Would choose this hotel again!

Over all a good experience. I loved having a full kitchen so I could cook meals during the day and eat out at night. Due to experience I brought my own frying pan and spatula because the utensils and fry pans in hotels that advertise a full kitchen are usually something to be desired and such was the case here. The coffee maker needed a good cleaning but worked well. The stove burners were dirty but I wiped them down myself and they were fine. The rest of the kitchen was fine with nice counter space and the full fridge was great and nice and cold. The freezer made plenty of ice. The bedrooms were fine and the beds comfortable with crisp clean sheets. The second bedroom is a little squishy trying to get into the closet. The view from the master bedroom and the living area is spectacular. I had a full gulf view. The living area is comfortable but the furniture including the couch and throw pillows and dining room chairs need to be steam cleaned. The place is a little outdated but overall very comfortable. I loved having a washer and dryer in the suite and loved sitting out on the balcony. You can’t beat the location right on the beach. My only big complaint is that because my room was on the 5 th floor and over the pool area the wind carries people’s voices from that area and the beach, so at night it would sound like they were right in your room if you wanted to sleep with the sliders open to hear the ocean. When the sliders are closed they do block out most of the noise.

Our room was not available until 5:30pm, causing is to cancel our dinner reservations. The room we booked was a 2 bedroom/2 bath. We were given a handicapped room with 2 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath. the second half bath was NOT cleaned - used soap, empty toilet paper roll, dirty towel and dirty sink and toilet bowl. Desk staff only said "I'm sorry" no offer to compensate or change room after we complained. This was our most dissapointing stay at this resort.

Mold everywhere in bathroom dirt on top of everything. Tub had body fluids stuck near drain. Hair and trash in doorway. This place is outdated, overpriced, and dirty. Hot water lasts five minutes if that and not even that hot. Tape on walls and mirrors like someone had party banners everywhere, guest and hotel left everywhere. Sad to think they are going the extra mile for COVID but have cut cleaning to a minimum. rooms still high as if everything was cleaned everyday like before COVID. I doubt they even use a sanitizer like Lysol or alcohol based cdc approved sanitizer.

It was a nice place to stay! The location on the beach and the pools were big hits with the family. The property felt a little bit outdated/older, but it was clean and still overall pretty nice

The room was spacious and the view was excellent! The beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was lacking. There were crumbs left on the kitchen counters and dried food on the plates, silverware and furniture. I think we would stay here again but I will definitely bring my own cleaning supplies.
