Summary:
Our one bedroom house has been newly remodeled and furnished. It is very posh. The living room has a sofa-couch and a 60 inch smart TV (connect your Netflix, Prime Video, HBO etc. accounts) that will keep you entertained. The bedroom has a queen size bed and another 50" smart TV as well. The Xfinity 400 Mbps high speed internet will keep everything streaming smoothly and give you a great internet connection to work from home when needed. The house is a short 8 minute drive from Hollywood Beach and boardwalk.
The Space:
The bedroom has a queen size bed, night stands with usb's and a mounted smart tv to watch before bed. There is also an additional comfortable sofa-bed couch in the living room that turns into a full size bed. The house can sleep 4 people. The kitchenette is fully stocked including a refrigerator, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
Guest Access:
The house is located 5 miles from the Fort Lauderdale airport and 22 miles from the Miami International airport.
For check-in we are happy to be flexible as long as the schedule allows. We offer a keyless entrance and will provide you with the code to enter the house upon check-in.

Our house is really close to the great restaurants and bars that are along Hollywood Blvd and Young's Circle. Hollywood beach is just a 8 minutes drive away and it is an awesome beach with plenty of attractions, restaurants and bars. The Hard Rock Casino is only 17 minutes away for a great night out of gambling and fun.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are the best option. Really quick and relatively cheap to get around.
Other Things to Note:
The property itself is a multiplex with other units on the premises. Each unit has its own private and separate entrance.
