Hotel Le Roberval

I traveled with my family and close friends and the rooms were big enough to accommodate us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were a little lumpy though but for a night's stay, it was ok. What i didn't like is the parking - it was in another building and although it was pretty close, the underground parking was a little dangerous to deal with (too steep!!!). The free breakfast was just bread, fruits, cereals, juice, coffee - would have been better if there was eggs and sausages.

The hotel was actually better than we expected based on the price. All we needed was a shower and a bed each night of our vacation; what we also got was friendly staff, breakfast, and comfort. The area is college and looks sketchy but that is NOT the hotel's fault. It's a major metropolitan city, I lived in Chicago and was not concerned for my safety. It's close to a major subway station and walking distance from downtown. I'd stay there again.

The hotel was in a GREAT location! 15 minute walk from old town and 15 minute walk to bars in the other direction. The suite was small, but the kitchen had just what we needed and the sofa and bed were both very comfortable. It slept 4 people comfortably. Our only complaint was the parking fee of $15+ for a spot in a very cramped parking garage. The garage had a very steep incline that was actually scary to drive on due to the snow and slippery roads. But overall, the hotel was great. No extra amenities, but the location and room were great!

Really great hotel for a pretty reasonable price. Clean, very helpful staff, good ambience. Very close to popular bars and clubs. Altogether really great.
