Not a good experience
The biggest disappointment was the language barrier. Only few of day staff were able to speak english. None of the night shift staff were able to speak english. We had water leak in one of our rooms at 3 am, no one was able to understand and help. One of the staff was even giving us hard time and got so aggressive. Breakfast is very simple, not many choices, no fruits and nuts.

Hotel konumu Kızılay’a ve çevresine yakın olması açısından avantaj gibi gözükse de, trafiğin yoğun olduğu cadde üstünde ve eski binalar arasına sıkışmış haliyle çok iç sıkıcı. Gündüz hotelde dinlenmek için kalmak insanın içini daraltır. Kahvaltı yeterliydi ve çalışan personel sorun çözmek için pozitif yaklaşımlı. Diğer şehirlerdeki RAMADA otellerine göre değerlendirme yaptığımda orta seviyede bir otel olarak kalıyor. Kahvaltı dahil oda ücreti civar dört yıldıd otellere göre bir tık düşük olduğu için tercih olabilir.
