The double height ceiling in the entrance way allows natural light to
brighten the entire house. The hallway leads into the open plan living
area which includes a formal dining area, spacious family seating area
with comfortable sectional seating to enjoy the large flat screen TV
all overlooking the outdoor living area. The kitchen has been upgraded
with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast
counter for casual dining. Off the hallway is a guest powder room,
fully equipped laundry room and the first bedroom, a Queen size master
suite with its bathroom having granite vanities and a walk in shower.
The games room will satisfy the children and families alike providing
hours of fun with a pool table and table tennis.
Upstairs there is a superb loft area having a large TV and pool table
to provide hours of entertainment . There are four further bedrooms,
one to the front of the home is a King size suite having a bathroom
with walk in shower and private balcony overlooking the front of the
home. Along the landing are two further bedrooms having two Twin beds
each with a Jack&Jill bathroom featuring a walk in shower. To the rear
is the third King size master suite with a beautiful bathroom
incorporating a corner tub, walk in shower, and twin vanities. This
bedroom has the advantage of a private rear balcony overlooking the
pool deck below and the adjoining golf course with picturesque views
making this the prefect spot for unwinding at the end of the day with
a cocktail.
