Billederne er noget flottere en de faktiske forhold.. blev derfor lidt skuffet da vi ankom.

Overraskende godt. Bedre end billederne viser. Fik opgradering til 2 etager værelse, med udsigt ud over havnen. Om morgenen gik der et par hjorte nedenfor vores balkon. Kan anbefales.

The hotel is very dated and doesn’t look like the photos whatsoever… It is very overpriced. You can stay at the Black rock Lodge down the road for 20 more dollars and it’s that much better. They were renovating and it was very cold the only thing good about it was the view of the marina and it was basically clean but very old and disappointing I wish I could have my money back

Exterior of building not well maintained, room was worse with unfinished painting in bedroom and bathroom. Place needs work.

While it doesn't look exactly like the pictures (but I get it - you always want to show your best side), we had a great stay. Very comfortable beds and lots of space for a great girls weekend. It was also so cool waking up and hearing the sea lions in the morning and a stunning view. If only we were able to see the lights on the building too!

Room was nice and clean. View was great. But noisy and disruptive at night due to other ‘unchecked’ clientele.

Amazing staff, very well located. Spacious rooms. We were able to enjoy the fireplace in our room.

The complex is in need of a renovation and the room was not clean. Dead flies on the floor, stains on furniture, dirt film on all the windows. The heater in the bathroom was broken and the electrical outlet was overloaded making it a hazard. The deck was rotting and unpleasant to be on.

A nice hotel but lacking breakfasts and a restaurant, would be good to have some eating options. Coffee maker and fridge in room, but no cooking facilities. It's not like Ucluelet has loads of restaurants especially during Covid. The office person was very professional and friendly, knew the property well and have solid info.

Stay was ok. Only had one night before I had to leave early in the morning. Room was half renovated, but mostly pretty dated. Sound proofing not great, could hear multiple neighbours talking word for word. The carpet didn’t smell very good. I understand that this hotel is on the water but I still didn’t feel I got very good value. I paid $139 plus tax and fees which was like $162 but it was definitely not worth that. I had buyers remorse for sure! I don’t care where you are located and how popular the area is, this hotel should have been $110 max. You pay less for a nice hotel in downtown Victoria
